The Penn State Realty Association meets every Monday from 6-7 and every other Sunday from 2-3 in the Business Building. In addition to hosting a series of guest speakers, PSRA prepares students for success in Old State Realty.

Weekly Meetings
PSRA meets every Monday from 6–7 PM and every other Sunday from 2–3 PM in the Business Building. These sessions include industry updates, skill-building workshops, and collaborative discussions to help members deepen their understanding of real estate.
Guest Speakers
Each semester, PSRA hosts a lineup of experienced professionals from across the real estate industry—including development, acquisition, and brokerage. These speakers provide valuable insights, career advice, and networking opportunities for members.

PSRA is the foundation for students pursuing Old State Realty, equipping members with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to excel through its structured curriculum and professional development events.
Membership & Involvement
To join Old State Realty, students must first actively participate in PSRA and complete an interview process. Attending PSRA meetings is the first step toward becoming more involved in Penn State’s real estate community.
